Diversity Trainings
These sessions are geared toward integrating diversity openness among a group or work environment.
Socratic Seminars
This is a formal discussion, based on a text, in which the leader asks open-ended questions. Within the context of the discussion, students listen closely to the comments of others, thinking critically for themselves, and articulate their own thoughts and their responses to the thoughts of others.
No Threat Zone Circle Up
This is a method of discussion where people can anonymously drop their concern, worries or issues with diversity/civil rights and it will be discussed within the group with the goal mutual understanding, the person may then, at the end, choose to own their topic/thought and say how they feel.
HEART2HEART Consultation
This is where we do One-to-One peer consulting for those who realize they may not be inappropriately handling diversity, but it’s not their intent (kind of like a more effective method of sensitivity training).
Inclusiveness Trainings
These sessions are inclusive of all things considered equal opportunity traits that may not be politically correct for a work environment but are pertinent to discuss to create understanding and appreciation for our differences.
